
Enoki (Flammulina Velutipes) is a species of edible mushroom in the family Physalacriaceae. It is extremely popular in Asian cuisine where it also goes by the name Enokitake.
This species is very easy to cultivate, grain spawn can be added to sterilised sawdust jars and fruited - it's that simple!

Can be stored for up to 3 months under refrigeration between 1-5ºC. For best results use as soon as possible.
