King Oyster (Pleurotus Eryngii)

The king trumpet, eryngii or king oyster mushroom is the largest of the oyster mushroom family, used as a meat replacement due to its meaty and umami flavour.

Our cultures are inoculated with mycelium under laminar flow, before being passed through quality control, sealed and shipped direct to you.

Can be stored for up to 3 months under refrigeration between 1-5ºC. For best results use as soon as possible.
